Google No 1 Position - We're getting there!

I logged into my Google Webmaster Account (which I'm always telling you guys about) and I found a lovely surprise awaiting me. I was on the first page, position 1 for "SEO Blog Nigeria"!! I mean like wow! I definitely didn't see that coming so soon. And no, it is not an April Fool's Joke... This is my first milestone in my life as an SEO blogger, so I just have to blog about it and of course take shots as proof, ;-)... After all, with Google you have no idea what will happen next!

I'm sure a lot of you are wondering what I'm going on about! Well basically the screenshot says it all... On Google Nigeria (google.com.ng), I should be found in the first position for "SEO Blog Nigeria", however the general Google domains (.com, .co.uk and others), I'm in position 2 give or take a spot or two. This is really good news for me because my blog is only about a month old so it's really amazing! It just goes to show you that SEO does work!! That said, I know Google changes positions more than I would love to buy shoes, so I won't be too surprised if I'm knocked off this position in the next few weeks. But I will still continue doing what I love, SEO blogging, so fear not!
